Great feel June 4, 2010 Heather N. Fleischer I agree with other reviewers that this album has a great feel to it. The entire band is in to it, and they work together in a great dynamic that makes each song, well, dynamic. :)
I will say that the Super Deluxe edition is worth it for the extra songs - they are some of the best on the album.
Just like old times May 11, 2010 KatieS16 (Frankfort, IL United States) This album reminds me of when I first started listening to Under the Table and Dreaming. I don't know how else to explain it, but it seems that Dave Matthews and his band went back to their roots. It has a really comfortable feel to it.
Dave's Newest CD April 14, 2010 Seth Hazlett (GALION, OH, US) I enjoyed this. If you like Dave Matthews it is a must have. I have found that there are a couple filler songs that I skip over, but for the most part I really like it.
Fast & On Time!! March 31, 2010 Amie E. Nolan Thanks so much for a great CD. It was shipped to me very fast and the communication with this seller was wonderful!! I really appreciate it!
Each album gets gradually worse March 25, 2010 Steven C. (San Francisco, CA) 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
Many people love Dave Matthews unconditionally. You know the idea of "Straight To Video"? My local record shop has so many of these already returned that it's found its way into the clearance bin. In fact, if you go to the regular "Used" section, the Dave Matthews section is empty. However, if you look under CLEARANCE, you will find each of his CDs at $3.00 or less.
It's because his fifteen minutes are up and because every song on this record is rubbish. I feel sorry for the band because they're quite taleneted. However, they're stuck. In 2010, no one wants to hear a white guy do the lame "Squibbidy doo dee bee bop!" It's just dreadful.
However, people follow him like he's a cultmaster. It's to start shunning this tired music and demand something better.
